All round excellent. Goes on easy self levelling soaks off sands of smells good, best stuff I’ve ever used I’ve tried other products but nothing compares so I always come back to this

This product self levels like no other . Also the strength seems to be stronger than other builder gels I’ve tried . Hardly need to file after application.
