Refund policy
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you may do so within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that in such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the return freight costs. Additionally, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for return shipments, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, and we will cover the return freight costs for the defective or damaged item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The customer will be responsible for covering the return freight costs, and any price difference for the exchanged item will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
