ORLY Bonder Rubberized Basecoat helps nail polish grip the natural nail for a longer-lasting manicure or pedicure. Its rubberized formula acts like double-sided tape between the nail and lacquer to help improve adhesion.
How to use: Apply one thin coat to clean, dry nails before your favourite ORLY nail lacquer. Finish with your chosen topcoat.
