Step 1 (PREPARE) - Apply ‘BEFORE’ all over your body on dry skin using your hands. (avoid face). For extra scrub use our dry brush over the scrub. Leave for a couple minutes mins and rinse off in the shower.

Step 2 (PRESERVE) - Lather your skin with 'AFTER' body oil immediately after your shower while your skin is still hot, your pores open and your skin able to soak in the oils. 

Step 3 (LOVE) - To seal in the oils, apply a top coat of 'ALWAYS' body moisturiser. Tomorrow when you wake up, your skin will feel transformed.
